A will to succeed founded with high level of experience was all what the owner of Inzinering DASS had in 1993, the period when he opened the company. Since then, the company has been developing rapidly and from a small company with only few employees, Inzinering DASS grew into a medium- size company with more than fifty employees. Operating under the motto: “our performance – a proven way to achieve customer loyality,” from small projects performed regionally, Inzinering DASS managed to participate and win on high class domestic and international tenders as well as to cooperate and work on projects with leading multinational corporations in the field of electrical engineering - generation, distribution and transmission of electrical power. We try to raise profitability and customer satisfaction through the development of modern technology and by offering well-founded, financially sustained and innovative technical solutions and services.For a successful project performance, we provide a highly specialized team of individuals with a lot of experience in the field of electrical engineering. At Engineering DASS, everyone is responsible for innovation, safety, building good interpersonal relationships and environmental sustainability. All together, as a team, we try to implement them and create an economic return on social and investment in the environment. In our company, every employee must behave ethically, responsibly and correct possible unethical behavior towards their colleagues. Mutual relations and rules of operation are defined in the Code of Ethics, a manual for ethical and legal standards. In order to avoid conflicts, recurrence of problems and slow decision making, we designed the work process:
Safety
Safe working environment as well as safe and healthy working conditions are crucial elements of our corporate culture. For us, as Hayes proclaims, “safety first, means safety always.” We provide our employees high quality equipment and tools , with constantly education and training provide them with proper job instructions and safety practices. In addition, we provide our clients with high quality products and services and we offer maintenance and servicing with high quality materials. Subsequently, in our company quality is directly related with and incorporated in our safety policies. Safety is an integral part of our every day operations. Our success depends on the well-being of our employees. When planning the job, we discuss the potential risks and we try to cover them from various aspects. In Inzinering DASS each employee is responsible for safety. Before performing a particular task, each employee has to predict the potential accident, to learn about its effects and to take all necessary measures to prevent and avoid the same.We prepare and prevent, we do not repair and repent.
Environmental protection

For that purpose we have implemented an environmental management system certified under the 14001 ISO Standard. Inzinering DASS wants to ensure that its activities positively affect both, the company and the environment. In our company, each employee has to behave ethically and responsibly towards the environment and to correct the possible unethical behavior of its colleagues. In order to combat climate changes and to contribute to the well being of the society and our planet we have certain rules and regulations:
· We provide training and education for our employees
· We provide all the necessary resources for environmentally friendly behavior
· The environmental impact of the company’s activities are measured on regular basis
· The results of the measurements are analyzed and compared with the result from the previous year
· Plan for environmental protection and conservation is developed on yearly basis, on the basis of the results and the current trends
In addition, the company cooperates with various environmental agencies and participates in public programs with an aim to raise public consciousness and to improve the well-being of our planet.
